Scuba diving Ao nang, Krabi Thailand : PADI Divemaster

The PADI Divemaster Course offers you the opportunity to achieve a professional qualification, whether you are interested in career development, or just want to improve your diving knowledge and skills. Choose between a two week course (minimum), or longer as an Intern. The course covers the basic exercises and theory required for certification and is suited for very strongly qualified candidates. The Internship allows you to work for us for upto a season building up your knowledge of all aspects of the dive business, highly recommended if you are interested in working as a Divemaster.

Divemaster is the first level of being a PADI Professional Diver. Many Divemasters continue on to Assistant Instructor or OWS Instructor. Divemasters are qualified to guide certified divers and assist Instructors in training classes.

The prerequisites for starting a PADI Divemaster course are:

- 18 years of age
- proof of 20 logged dives to begin the course and 60 for certification
- certified as a PADI Master Scuba diver
- certified as PADI Rescue Diver or equivalent, with EFR or equivalent within the last 2 years
- current diving medical signed by a physician within the last 12 months
- please contact us regarding manual and other course materials. Depending on current qualifications this can be conducted over 2 weeks as a student or upto 3 months as an Intern.
